Saturday drag racing action kicked off with over 300 entries in the regular program, with the addition of a Stock/Super Stock Bracket. In Super Pro quarterfinals it would be Steve Taylor of Riverside dialing a 5.16 to the 6.65 of Brian Gifford from Creston. Gifford would go red moving Taylor to the next round. Next up would be Doug Caplinger of Xenia dialing a 6.52 to the 5.38 of Rob Stacy from New Carlisle. Stacy would cut a  .533 for the better light and would take the win with a 5.383 pass. Next would be Mike Sturgill of Beavercreek dialing a 4.81 to the 4.92 of Darren Campbell from Xenia. Sturgill would cut a .517 for the better light, but it would be Campbell with the win light on a 4.822 run. Richard Hammond of Riverside had the bye.
            In the semis it would be Hammond dialing a 5.26 to the 5.37 of Stacy. Stacy would cut a .518 light and take the win with a 5.374 pass. Next would be Taylor dialing a 5.17 to the 4.82 of Campbell. Campbell would get a .511 reaction time and would take the win with a  4.837 pass. After the semis rain would move in and the Super Pro purse was split between the remaining competitors.
            In the Pro class quarterfinals it would be Kevin Bishop of Amelia dialing a 6.51 to the 7.14 of Dennis Brinegar of Dayton. Bishop would cut a .528 and would take the win light with a 7.118 for the double breakout win. Next would be Michael Little of Fairborn dialing a 7.01 to the 6.47 of Brad Day from Bowersville. Day would go red and that would move Little to the semis. Brian Hendrickson had the bye run.
            In the semis it would be Little up first on the bye, followed by Bishop and Hendrickson. Bishop dialed in a 6.48 to the 7.59 of Hendrickson. Bishop would get the better light with a .514 and would take the win on a 6.503 pass.
            In the Pro Finals Little would dial a 7.04 to the 6.48 of Bishop. Little would cut a .504 light but would breakout making Bishop the winner on a 6.507 pass.

            In the sportsman quarterfinals it would be Steve Collier of Dayton dialing a 16.49 to the 12.12 of Tony McFall of Tipp city. McFall would go red and moved Collier to the semis. Next would be James Browder of Granville dialing a 14.02 to the 13.48 of Rusty Thompson from Columbus. Thompson would cut a .506 reaction, and would take the win light with a 13.548 pass. The last pair for the round would see Sam Bunch of Centerville dial a 12.56 to the 12.54 of Mike Glancy from Hamilton. Glancy would cut a .516  for the better reaction and would take the round win with a 12.563 pass.
            In the semis it would be Collier dialing a 16.49 to the 13.48 of Thompson. Collier would get the better start with a .525 light, and would take the breakout win with a 16.513 pass. Glancy had the bye run into the finals.
            In the Finals it would be Collier dialing a 16.49 to the 12.50 of Glancy. Glancy would have the better reaction time, but Collier would be closer to the dial taking the win with a 16.502 pass.
            In the pro bike quarter finals it would be Nathan Thatcher of Dayton dialing a 9.15 to the 8.85 of Rick Haupt from Farmersville. Thatcher would get the better light and take the round win with a 9.167. Next would be Larry hunter of Xenia dialing a 9.39 to the 10.28 of Michael Nugent. Hunter would get the better reaction time with a .520 and would take the win with a 9.405 pass. Bob nugent of Trotwood had the bye run into the semis.
            In the semis it would be Thatcher dialing a 9.15 to the 9.50 of Nugent. Nugent would take the reaction time battle with a .528 light, but it would Thatcher on the double breakout win with a 9.142 pass. Hunter had the bye run into his second finals straight.

In the finals we would see Thatcher dial a 9.15 to the 9.30 of Hunter. Hunter would get the .520 reaction time, and would hold the advantage to the finish line for the class win with a 9.328 for his second straight victory.
            In the Stock/Super Stock class we would see Dan Steed of Radnor dial a 6.68 to the 7.11 of Randy Taylor of Beavercreek. Taylor would go red moving Steed to the next round. Next would be Gary Richmond of Atwater dialing a 6.55 to the 6.27 of Dave Layer of Dayton. Richmond would get the better reaction time with a .520 light and would take the round win with a  6.598 pass. Next would be Matt Antrobius of Beavercreek dialing a 7.22 to the 7.01 of Tim Gillespie from Xenia. Matt would get the better light with a .570 and would take the win with a  7.249 pass. Rob Holmes of Dayton had the bye run to the semis.
            In the semis it would be Steed dialing a 6.62 to the 6.59 of Richmond. Richmond would go red moving Steed to the finals. Next would be Antrobius and Holmes. Holmes would get a red light as well and move Antrobius to the finals.
            In the finals it would be Antrobius with a 7.20 dial to the 6.64 of Steed. Matt would get the better light, however Steed would run dead on with a 6.6400 pass for the stock/super stock win.
            In the Junior Dragster 8-9 class we would see Marissa Babb of Xenia dial a 12.97 to the 13.00of Michael Roberts from Huber Heights. Babb would get the better lgith, but would breakout making Roberts the round winner on a 13.337 pass. Next would be Shelby Stacy dialing a 12.90 to the 13.38 of Byron Pitts. Stacy would cut the better light and would hold the advantage to the win light with a 12.947 pass. Hunter Hughes had the bye run into the semis.
            In the semis it would be Roberts dialing a 13.00 to the 12.91 of Hughes. Roberts would get the better light with a .660 and would take the win with a13.035 pass. Stacy had the bye run to the finals.
            In the finals it would be Stacy dialing a 12.90 to the 13.00 of Roberts. Roberts would get a .631 for the better light and would take the breakout win with a 13.118 pass.
            In the 10-12 Class it would be Shayla Babb of Xenia dialing a 9.04 to the 9.13 of Garreth Sheppeard from Tipp City. Babb would go red moving Garreth to the semis. Next would be AJ Kendall of Wapokoneta dialing an 8.90 to the 8.92 of Michelle Morris of Dayton. Morris would go red moving Kendal to the semis. Sara Rowe had the bye run.

            In the semis it would be Rowe dialing a 9.17 to the 9.05 of Sheppeard. Rowe would cut a .537 for the better light, and would take the win with a 9.232. AJ Kendall would have the bye run into the finals.

In the finals it would be Kendall dialing an 8.90 to the 9.20 of Rowe. Rowe went red making Kendall the winner.
            In the  13& Up class it would be Mie Phillpot of Waynesville dialing a 7.90 to the 7.90 of Ben Browder from Fairborn. Phillpot would go red moving Browder to the semis. Next would be Megan Hughes of Jamestown dialing an 8.05 to the 7.90 of Stephanie Brown from Trenton. Brown would get the better reaction time with a .557, but it would be Hughes with the breakout win on an 8.084 Next would be James Smith of Beavercreek dialing a 7.93 to the 7.90 of Cierra Phillpot from Waynesville. Phillpot got the better light with a .512 and would take the win with a  7.908 run. Mike Morris of Dayton had the bye run.
            In the semis it would be Morris dialing a 7.93 to the 7.90 of Ciera Phillpot. Morris would get the better reaction time with a .529 light, and would take the double breakout  round win with a 7.928 pass. Next would be Huges dialing an 8.07 to the 7.90 of Browder. Hughes would go red moving Browder to the finals.

            In the finals it would be Morris dialing a 7.91 to the 7.90 of Browder. Browder would get the better light a .511 and would take the win with a  7.940 pass.
