Over 300 Cars and bikes showed for first round of Eliminations on the first Super Saturday of 2009. Due to the extremely high car count, the event was called around 1:00 am, due to track conditions. In the super Pro quarters it would be Dave Purk of Piqua against Richard Hammond of Riverside. Purk would take the win over Hammond with a 4.524 on the 4.50 dial. Next would be Dean Karns of Fairborn against Evan Kirk of Waynesville. Karns would come out with the win on a 5.119 run on his 5.05 dial. Josh Morgan of New Carlisle would face James Emrick of Tipp City. Emrick would take the win light after a .503 light and a 6.529 run on the 6.41 dial. Last of the round would be Mike Ford of Greenville against Steve Cottle of Xenia. Cottle would capture the win with a .504 reaction time along with a 6.434 run on the 6.42 dial. Track conditions would force Kil-Kare staff and management to call the races giving the remaining racers an even split of the remaining purse.
            In the Pro Bracket quarterfinals it would be Vincent Lasher of West Milton facing Steve Collier of Xenia. Lasher would come away with the double breakout win after a 7.286 run on the 7.29 dial. Next would be Todd Tooker of Miamisburg against Dennis Brinegar of Dayton. Brinegar would cut a .504 reaction and take the win with a 7.015 run on his 7.00 dial. Next would be Brad Day of Bowersville against Michael Roberts of New Carlisle. Day would get the double breakout win with a 6.389 run on a 6.41 dial. The last pair for the quarters would be Jeff Belcher facing Charles Picklesimer of New Carlisle. It would be Belcher with the win on a 6.403 run on the 6.40 dial.
            In the semis it would be Day facing Lasher. Lasher would go red moving Day on to the next round. Next would be Brineagar against Belcher. Belcher would take the win with a 6.423 on a 6.39 dial.
            Pro finals would fall victim to the track conditions, and all remaining racers would get even shares of the remaining Pro purse.
            In the sportsman quarters it would be Joy Smith of Newark against Merit Royalty of Franklin. Smith would take the double breakout win with a 12.170 run on a 12.18 dial. Next would be Ryan Jenks of Jamestown against Jake Browder of Fairborn. Browder would take the win with a 12.174 on the 12.07 dial. Mike Haines had the bye run into the semis.
            In the semis it would be Browder on the Bye run. Haines faced Smith to see who would run Browder in the finals. Hanes would take the win with a 12.561 on a 12.22 dial.
            In the sportsman finals it would be Haines against Browder. Haines would take the win with a 12.573 on his 12.22 dial.
            In the Pro Bike quarters it would be Bradley Shellhaas of Springfield against Sam Cotterman of Tremont City. Shellhaas would take the win with a 7.947 on his 5.85 dial, Cotterman broke out. Next would be Darrell Carmichael of Tipp City against Jeremy England of West Chester. England would get the win with a 6.274 run on the 6.20 dial. Next would be Dave Beavers of Urbana against Thad Neeld of St. Paris. Neeld would get the double breakout win with a 5.876 on a 5.88 dial. Jesse Sowers had the bye run into the semis.
            In the semis it would be Shellhaas and England. England would take the win with a 6.261 on  a 6.24 dial. Next would be Sowers and Neeld. Sowers would capture the win light with a 6.126 run on his 6.12 dial.
            In the Pro Bike Finals it would be Sowers and England. Sowers would get the win with a 6.132 ride on the 6.11 dial.
            In the Jr 8-9 Class it would be Marissa Babb of Xenia against Phillip Combs of Demossville Ky. Combs would get the win with a 12.925 run on a 12.91 dial. Next would be Michael Roberts and Logan Back, both from New Carlisle. Back would take the win with a 13.198 on  a13.10 dial. Next would be Shelby Stacy of New Carlisle against Hunter Hughes of Jamestown. Stacy went red and Hughes moved to the semis.
            In the semis it would be Hughes against Combs. Combs would take the win with a 13.060 to the 12.90 dial. Logan Back had the bye.
            In the finals it would be Back and Combs. Back went red making Combs the winner.
            In the 10-12 Class it would be Sara Rowe of Urbana against Shayla Babb of Xenia. Rowe would take the win with a 9.400 run on a 9.39 dial. Next would be Billy Hoskinson on Hebron against Maddie Cox of Berea. Hoskinson would take the win with a 9.330 run on a 9.07 dial. In the last pair for the round it would be AJ Kendall of Wapokoneta against Chase Meade of Newark. Kendall would go red moving Meade to the semis.
            In the Semis Rowe would go red against Hoskinson moving Hoskinson to the finals. Chase Meade had the bye run to the finals.
            In the finals it would be Meade with the win over Hoskinson with a 9.050 run on the 8.97 dial.
            In the 13 & Up class it would be Mike Phillpot of Waynesville against Ben Browder of Fairborn. Phillpot would take the win with a 7.959 run, Browder broke out. Next would be Edmond Ellison of Beavercreek against Joey Cameron of Pataskala. Ellison would go red moving Cameron to the semis. Next would be Megan Hughes of Jamestown against Austin Kardules of Pataskala. Kardules went red moving Hughes to the semis. In the final pair for the round it would be Stephanie Brown of Trenton faced Melody Anthony of Baltimore. Brown went red moving Anthony to the next round.
            In the semis it would be Megan Hughes of Jamestown against Joey Cameron of Pataskala. Cameron would take the win with an 8.012 run on an 8.34 dial. Next up was Phillpot against Anthony. Philpott got the win with a 7.97 on a 7.94 dial.
            in the finals it would be Phillpott against Cameron. Phillpot would run a 7.947 for the win on a 7.94 dial.
