Kil-Kare Saturday for the National Dragster Challenge in the Super Pro quarterfinals we would see Nathan Baker of Xenia dial 6 .21 to the 5.52 of Mike Cattell from Salone Michigan. Baker would have the better reaction time with a .515 and would take the round the win with a 6.246. The next pair for competition would be Jerry Dunkel dialing a 6.58 against Jason Ford from Kettering. Dunkel would have the better light with a .518 however it would be bulwark with a 6.461 with the breakout win. Terry Torrell would have the bye run in the semi finals. In the semi finals Baker would dial a 6.21 against the 4.88 of Terrell. Baker would cut a .518 light and take the win with a 6.241 pass. Ford would have the bye run into the finals. In the finals Baker would dialing 6.24 against the 6.44 of Ford. Baker would have the starting line advantage with a .520 light, however it would be Ford with the win on a 6.451 ride for his first Wally of the night. In the Pro quarterfinals we would see Lonnie Lindsey Of Washington Courthouse dial a 7.24 again the 6.26 of Tom Scarpelli from Xenia. Lindsey would get the better light with a ..574 and would take the win on a 7.260 pass. Next up would be Jason Ford of Kettering dialing a 6.46 to the 6.64 of John Mesdea from Columbus. Jason would be better at the tree with a .526 and would take the breakout win with a 6.464 pass. Next up would be Tony McFall from Tipp City against Rusty Thompson dialing a 7.74 from Columbus. Thompson would be better at the tree with a .601 and would take the win with a 7.499. Next up would be David Lathem from Ashville dialing a 6.65 against a 7.44 of Barry Chapman from Fairborn. Chapman would put on the red light moving Lathem to the next round. In the semi finals it would be Lindsey dialing a 7.23 against the 6.42 of Ford. Ford would have the better light with a .510 and would take the win with a 6.436 pass. Up next would be Lathem dialing a 6.64 against the 7.48 of Thompson.. Thompson would have the better reaction time with a .547 and would take the win with a 7.538. In the finals Thompson would dial a 7.46 against Ford's 6.42. Reaction time battle would have only .0013 difference favoring Ford. At the win light, it would be Ford on the breakout win running a 6.435 for his second Wally of the night. In the sportsman quarterfinals we would see Granville's James Browder dial a 12.84 against a 13.44 of the IDDU’S Joe Zimmer from Dayton. Zimmer got the better reaction time with a .598 and would take the double breakout win with a 13.434. Next up would be Mike Haines of Spring Valley dialing 12.00 against the 14.19 of Steven Collier from Dayton. Collier would have the better light with a .533 and would take the breakout win on a 14.227. Next up would be Doug Thompson of Columbus dialing a 13.47 against the 12.29 of Howard Ledford from Kettering. Thompson would have the better light with a .550 and would take the breakout win with a 13.485. Bob Maxwell of Columbus would have the bye into the semis. In the semi finals Thompson would dial a 13.47 against the 13.42 of Zimmer. Zimmer would be better at a light with a .553, but it would be Thompson with the win on a 13.542. Next up would be Steven Collier of Dayton dialing a 14.19 to the 14.22 of Maxwell. Collier would be better at the light with a .558 and would take the win with a 14.311. In the finals Thompson would dial a 13.46 against Collier's 14.18. At the tree Thompson would cut a .563, and would take home the Wally with a 13.492 pass. In the Buckminn's D&D Harley-Davidson Pro bike quarterfinals we would see Michael Nugent of Medway dialing a 9.66 against the 9.05 of Corey Gilman from Amanda. Nugent would cut a .503 light, and take the ride with a 9.661 for the win light. Next up would be Bruce Sauer of Reynoldsburg dialing a 9.47 against the 9.10 of Bill Camp From Xenia. Sauer would have the better reaction time with a .505, and would take the win after he 9.500 ride. The final pair of the round would see Roger Wilhelm of Urbana dialing a 10.23 to the 9.31 of Larry Hunter from Xenia. Wilhelm would have the advantage with a .509 light, and would take the double breakout win with a 10.219 pass. In the semi finals we would see Sauer dial a 9.47 against the 9.65 from Nugent. At the tree it would go to Sauer with a .509 light, along with a 9.514 pass for the breakout win. Wilhelm would ride the bye the finals. The finals would be Wilhelm dialing a 10.23 against the 9.47 of Sauer. Sauer would be better at the tree with a .528, and would take the Pro bike Wally with a 9.698 pass. In the Jr. Dragster’s 10 to 12 age group we would see Kyle Beavers of Urbana dial an 8.93 against the 9.06 of AJ Kendall from Wapakoneta. Beavers would have the better reaction time with a .595 and would take the win with a 9.096 pass. Next up would be Allison Neeld from St. Paris dialing a 10.76 against the 8.93 Of Taylor Cook from West Chester. Cook would go red moving Neeld into the next round. Next up would be Caleb Ellison from Beavercreek against Emily Crum from Jamestown on a heads up 8.90 race. It would be Caleb better at the tree with a .538, along with a 9.013 pass for the win. The next pair for the round would be Logan Back from New Carlisle dialing an 8.93 against the 8.90 of Garreth Shepeard from Springfield. Garreth would go red moving Logan into the semi finals. In the semi finals it would be Ellison dialing an 8.90 against an 8.91 of Back. Back would leave early moving Allison to the finals. The last pair for the semi is would be Beavers dialing an 8.99 against the 10.90 of Neeld. Neeld would grab the better light with a .511 and take the win with a 10.906. In the finals Ellison would dial an 8.90 against Neeld's 10.90. Ellison would cut a .508 light and take the win with a 9.180, all with a broken arm. In the Jr. Dragster 13 to 17 class it would be Kay Crum of Jamestown against Shayla Babb of Xenia in a heads up 7.90 Jr. dragster race. Crum would cut a .504 light, and would take the double breakout win with a 7.792. Next up would be Kenny Carson of Lebanon against Ciera Philpott of Waynesville for another heads-up 7.90 Jr. dragster race. Carson would be better at the tree with a .546 and would take the breakout win with a 7.920. Paige Vance of New Carlisle would have the round one bye. In the semi finals Carson would dial a 7.90 to the 8.02 of Vance. Carson would cut a .546 light and take the win with a 7.991. Crum would have the bye run into the finals. In the finals 7.90 would appear on both Crum and Carson's Jr Dragsters. The red light would come on a for Crum making Carson the 13 to 17 winner with a 7.911 pass.
